The ridge on the front of the holster is too tall. I was able to mount the HAM behind the QLS plate attached to the belt loop and it moves it over enough to work. It's a little more difficult to get the holster to release, but it's "good enough for government work". ;). It won't work if you don't use the QLS system though.
